Don't ever take me for granted *
i'm sorry, if i hurt people without knowing about it,
and i'm sorry if it looks like i'm running away from it,
but I sure as hell am not sorry for being who I am .
yes, I make mistakes, but doesn't everyone ?
if people would just stop worrying about how they look to the world,
or how other people make them look, things would be so much better .
everyone has to stop caring so damn much about their apperences
& their popularity, because things get so damn ugly when it becomes too much,
if people would just learn, that being themselves is the most important thing in life,
people would feel a lot better about themselves, the key I guess,
is finding yourself, and learning that you're a great person inside,
and learning that it really doesn't matter what everyone else thinks,
the thing you really care the most about, is what you think of yourself,
and if people would stop bullying others and making fun of others,
it would be so much easier for everyone to feel great about themselves .
i've had my share of being bullied, and i've also made stupid comments about people,
upfront & behind their backs, but I truly am sorry, and I'm working on it,
I guess I just realised that, it doesn't make any sense caring about what they say,
the only thing that makes sense to me, is loving myself and how I am,
the people who bully others may have their reasons,
but no reason is good enough when it comes to hurting others,
no reason is good enough when it comes to making other people feel so bad about themselves, that they may start thinking '' what if that bully is right ?,
what if I really am a really ugly or fat person '' or '' what if no one likes me ? '' .
after that, it's just a matter of time before the person starts to try and change,
they may stop eating, to become slimmer, even though before this all started,
they were happy with how they looked, and didn't really want to change,
they just wanted the comments to stop, but I think,
that if you stop listening to what these bullys have to say, and just look at yourself,
you'll understand, that all that matters, is what YOU think of yourself,
and if you like yourself and how you act, and look,
I think that's all you need to feel good, and just laugh,
at the people who are calling you names, because you know,
they don't really know what they're talking about,
they're just as confused as you are, and they think that,
calling others names, will make them stronger, like they have the power,
these are the people you should laugh at, and remember,
don't EVER give them a reson to carry on, just hold your head high,
and walk away, and they will stop, in time, they'll see,
just as you already have done, that bullying doesn't solve anything,
and they'll also grow as people, in time, but until then,
just be yourself, and never doubt, that you are special,
and that there's someone out there who'll love you,
just as you are .
// ulrika, because i'm starting to find my way .

That's SO not the way you look at things most of the time. Looks like you've learned something at last.
